Subscription provides convenience of a single payment each month and promotes more call connection with your incarcerated loved one. With subscription, you can save big on minutes per call per month without worrying about the length of the call or how much money you have left in your account.

No. But you will need to register using Securus Online or the Securus Mobile App for to set up an account and then choose the Subscription option. Securus Subscription is under limited availability at participating facilities at this time.

Collect calls from your incarcerated friend or loved one would no longer be covered by your subscription plan. Call Service will revert to a prepaid AdvanceConnect account process where you will be charged at the normal Agency call rates. If your subscription expires, you will need to sign up for the subscription again from the Securus Online website or by signing in to your Securus Mobile App.

Securus does offer an Automatic Renewal option to take the risk out of missing a payment.

No. You may choose to use your AdvanceConnect prepaid account or pay for each call individually with your credit card if AdvanceConnect Single Call is available at the facility. You are charged the applicable funding fees each time you added funds to your account and calls would be charged against your account based on the Facility call rate per minute.

Yes, you may Unsubscribe at any time, but your Subscription will be active until the end of the current period.
Here is how you can cancel your plan:

  • • Select the gear action icon provided in the Subscription management screen in your Securus Online web page or on your Securus Mobile App’ Select “Unsubscribe” and your subscription will be marked for cancelation.
  • • The subscription will remain active until the current subscription period expires. There are no refunds for early cancelation prior to the expiration date.

You may sign up for a different plan from the Subscription Management screen through Securus Online or by using your Securus Mobile App. Note, you cannot have multiple subscriptions for the same facility tied to the same phone number.

If your current subscription is Auto Renewed, you must first change that subscription to Manual Renew before you can sign up for a different subscription option tied to your same phone number.

The new subscription will begin after the expiration of the current subscription period.

Subscriptions are offered under agreement with our Agency customers and may not be available at all facilities we serve. New subscription options may also be offered from time to time.

The following are the base Call Subscription options that may be available at participating Agencies:

  • • Call Connect 100 - Up to 100 Calls / month
  • • Call Connect 60 - Up to 60 Calls / month
  • • Call Connect Weekly –Up to 25 Calls/ week

You may choose to have your subscription automatically renewed by selecting Auto Renewal during your sign up registration. You may also change a Manual renewed subscription to Auto Renewal from your Subscription management screen.

The Auto Renewal process requires you to provide your specific credit/debit card information to remain on file and to be charged for future renewal payments.

Note that any change to your payment option will be effective upon the expiration of the current subscription period.

Call Subscriptions are for calling services provided over a specific time period. There are no refunds / adjustments for early termination prior to the expiration date of your subscription. However, if you have any issue with your subscription payment, you may contact Customer Care at 800-844-6591

The Securus Call Platform voice prompts will inform you of the number of calls remaining in your subscription period each time you receive a call covered by your subscription plan. You will also see the remaining number of calls in your Subscription Management screen provided on Securus Online web page or on the Securus Mobile Applications

You will also receive a reminder email when you are approaching the call limit for your subscription.

Call Subscription only covers instate calls at this time. To pay for interstate or international calls:

  • • You can sign up for Securus AdvanceConnect prepaid account that enables you to fund your own prepaid account. Your account will be charged for calls at the facility charge/minute call rate for the call duration.
  • • You can also choose to pay for a single call with a credit/debit card if the AdvanceConnect Single Call service is available at your friend’s location
